I developed the approach of empathic marketing and thus I stand for a philosophy that is reflected in all of my activities as a coach and marketing expert. Empathic marketing is a coaching concept – with which I have the aim of using my marketing coaching to advance your company in a short time and to convey to you in-depth marketing knowledge. My stance: Marketing has to become more authentic in 2020 and focus on the customer again.

What does empathy mean?
Empathy is empathy – the ability to empathize with other people. The synonyms understanding, sympathy or sensitivity are also widespread. If we are empathetic, then we can perceive how other people are doing, what moves them and respond to it. We are then able to change perspective. It actually makes sense that empathy is also important in marketing. In order to address the right customers, we have to understand them 100% and be able to put ourselves in their shoes.
